    Description

    CommercialOperations Associate

    EMJ islooking for a driven and meticulous Commercial Operations Associateto be responsible for managing projects through the contracting andfinance process with the goal of reducing the cash conversioncycle.

    Expectations

    • Reviewinformation about projects and createcontracts.
    • Negotiate terms with clients andrequest Project Exceptions and Payment TermApprovals.
    • Liaise with businesses via telephoneand email to ensure processes are followed for eachproject.
    • Create and adapt contracting timelinesto accommodate all stakeholders and be able to have contingencyplans as needed.
    • Liaise with departmentsinternally to ensure project briefs are communicated fully andexpectations are managed.
    • Submit project statusupdates to management and stakeholders.
    • Processand log client interactions into a CRMsystem.
    • Keep abreast of changes to policiesprocesses andprocedures.


    ExperienceRequired

    Essential

    • Exceptional communication and customer service skillsemail phone & facetoface.
    • Comfortablebuilding relationships and networking with stakeholders of alllevels.
    • Excellent organisational &time management skills with strong attention to detail and abilityto think on your feet.
    • Strong IT skills (ExcelWordOutlook).

    Desirable

    • Proficiency in using and analysing data inExcel
    • Experience in reviewing legaldocumentation
    • Experience usingXero
    • Degree or equivalent relevantqualification
