- You will be responsible for the programme management of our apprenticeship offering (including pastoral care of learners, supporting line managers and the day-to-day supplier management of our learning providers) and sponsored study offering
- You will work on projects which help develop organisational capability and will have a genuine interest in how well delivered people practices support effective organisational performance and, in our case, better outcomes for consumers and markets
- Leading and/or supporting on capability / learning agendas, working with our business stakeholders and sponsors to identify, develop and strengthen key capabilities that support our business plan and designing learning solutions
- You will work on some projects independently, and for other larger projects you will work as part of a matrix project team, but in either case you will deliver effectively within your accountabilities
- Analysing data and translating insights into proposals and delivery plans
- Evaluating the success of key learning activities and reporting back to stakeholders
- Monitoring activity, resource, budget and risk management within allocated projects and escalating issues as appropriate to more senior colleagues
- The role will give you exposure to a broad range of stakeholders across the FCA
