    Job Description

    Your key responsibilities as the Head Barista will consist of:

    • Proactively managing the team. Assisting in recruitment and providing ongoing support, training and development for the team.
    • Is a good natural communicator who can train, develop and support junior barista staff
    • Responsible for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal relationships, management reporting and client liaison to support the delivery of operational excellence.
    • Passionate about delivering the very best product quality and customer experience
    • Can multitask and work calmly and effectively under pressure
    • Ensure the team up to date product and service knowledge.
    • To manage and support the compliance of COSHH, Health & Safety, Hygiene and Food Safety regulations throughout the team and to report any incidents in line with procedures.
    • Responsible for maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget.

      Working Pattern: 40 hours (Mon-Friday)

      Skills and Experience

      The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Head Barista include:

      • Genuine interest in customer service excellence
      • Experience in previous Supervisor or Head Barista role
      • Proven team leader experience
      • Experience in catering is essential for this role

        Benefits

        As part of your package, we are offering a salary of up to £32,000 per annum.
