    About the Role

    As a Project Coordinator at Places for People, your main responsibilities will include ensuring the successful implementation of investment programs and overseeing contractor management in compliance with group standards and contractual obligations. You will play a key role in supporting the investment planning process and establishing efficient and achievable programs. Additionally, you will be accountable for upholding Health & Safety protocols, setting quality standards, and engaging with customers and stakeholders.

    This position involves travel within the East Midland region and occasional overnight stays. Ideally, candidates should reside in this area and possess a valid UK driving license with access to a suitable vehicle.

    This is a fixed-term role lasting 12 months and is also open to secondment opportunities.

    About You

    We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in successfully executing large-scale planned works programs. You should have extensive knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations, construction-related Health & Safety practices, and experience in managing customer relations effectively.
