Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)?We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Disciplinary Team Coordinator to join and help us deliver the best possible outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
As a Multi-Disciplinary Team Coordinator, you will assist the Specialist Practitioners and serve as a liaison between the iSEND Service and all internal and external professionals.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, developing and monitoring interventions as well as contributing to service development and improvement.

This is a fixed term post for the duration of one year.
