Description

Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via various face to face channels
  • Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and order status
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions
  • Provide multilingual support to customers in English
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette during interactions

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,098.18 per year
