Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via various face to face channels
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and order status
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Provide multilingual support to customers in English
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette during interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Job Types:

From £25,098.18 per year
