Position:


This is a great opportunity, we are looking for a proven high performing
LCV Van Sales Executive to join our team at
Mercedes-Benz of Dartford.

This is a permanent showroom role for 45 hours per week. We reward high performance and customer service with a generous pay scheme.


About you:


You will also have the fantastic opportunity to drive a range of Mercedes-Benz products, therefore it is essential that you also hold a current UK driving licence.


About the role (Overview):


  • You will be highly experienced at providing an exceptional and professional level of customer service as well as focusing on ensuring the overall customer experience is of the highest standard
  • Arrange and carry out vehicle demonstrations as well test drives and also advise on finance options, insurance and ancillary products
  • Manage the order process utilising all inhouse systems including those in progress, carrying out followup contacts to customers and prospects
  • Build, manage and retain a loyal customer portfolio which is important to maximize profitability and support the overall achievement of performance targets within this role
  • Establishing collaborative and proactive working relationships within and across multiple departments, to ensure a seamless end to end sales/handover process is completed in line with all business compliance measures
  • Experience is also desired but not essential with the use of Pinewood, BCA Pro App and general I.T systems.
