- Cost Management: Supervising project costs from order receipt to final account.
- Programme Coordination: Ensuring production schedules are managed to meet deadlines and uphold quality.
- Customer Care: Providing exceptional customer service and upholding high levels of professionalism.
- Acknowledge and process tender inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute queries to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Organize and attend site visits and meetings.
- Review tender documents and handle client or architects' queries.
- Prepare and submit tenders and engage in negotiations with client representatives as required.
- Communicate with the Estimating/Contracts Director regarding significant projects.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Manager for new client credit checks.
- Coordinate production team meetings.
- Monitor and provide reports on production schedules.
- Ensure efficient communication between departments and clients.
- Manage subcontractor orders, assessments, and insurances.
- Prepare monthly valuations, invoices, and weekly labor forecasts.
- Coordinate snag-free handovers with the Site Manager.
- Confirm and report all project variations and reconcile costs.
- Prepare and finalize accounts in agreement with clients.
- Maintain detailed project records and documentation.
- Collaborate with management on health and safety issues.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safe working practices.
- Participate in essential training to preserve competency.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or damages promptly.
- Exercise responsibility with equipment usage and ensure safety for all.
- Undertake additional responsibilities within the scope of the role as necessary.
