- You will be responsible for handling Energy and Property claims and ensuring that all claims are promptly and fairly processed from FNOL to settlement within your authority limit
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Energy and Property claims, providing technical guidance to team members
- Ensure accuracy and currency of claims data across all relevant systems
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Working with the Claims Manager & Claims Performance & Operations Team to identify and enhance the quality and value of processes for your area of work
- Extensive experience in the Claims market
- London market energy claims experience is essential .
- Property claims experience is desirable but if not, the individual must be open to learning about it
- Must understand the claims process and its complexities and variations from first advice to final settlement
- ACII or similar professional qualification (desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of ECF2, CLASS, MS Office, Large Loss Claims Systems
- Be willing to travel
