    Intensive Housing Management Officer

    Birmingham- Bramble Close

    £24,447.90 per annum

    37.5 hours per week

    Fixed Term contract (Maternity Cover 12 months) until 04/08/2025

    About the role

    An exciting opportunity has emerged within our Community Services to deliver a customer-focused housing service and manage day-to-day housing operations across supported accommodation in Birmingham.

    • Daily monitoring of lease and service level agreements with partner agencies
    • Ensuring occupancy, rent collection, and arrears targets are achieved
    • Providing practical housing assistance to customers
    • Adhering to the schemes allocations procedure
    • Ensuring health and safety standards are met
    • Monitoring property repairs and maintenance
    • Promoting customer involvement and communication
    • Undertaking various housing management duties

    • Proactive and solution focused

    • Ability to keep accurate records

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
