    We require Fleet Finance Support to be based at our Stores Road Fleet Management office.

    Working Monday, Wednesday & Friday the successful candidate will carry out all the financial administration for Fleet Management along with a wide range of specialist administrative tasks including extensive work within the councils Fleet Management system and renewing the Road Fund Licence for the Councils Fleet.

    The Opportunity
    In the role of Fleet Finance Support, here's an example of what you'll be doing to make an impact:

    You will be ensuring that the Fleet department is able to function by managing the raising of Purchase orders, GRN's an processing invoices for payment
    You will also be expected to ensure that all vehicle records are entered and uploaded onto our Fleet Management system and that all records held are accurate
    You will be responsible for the RFL renewal for DCC fleet vehicles to be completed on a monthly basis
    There is a also a wide range of Fleet & compliance related admin that you will be required to undertake as well as taking calls into Fleet and greeting visitors

    To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have...

    Excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills
    A procative outlook, good time management skills along with the ability to prioritise a workload
    Flexibility and a willingness to undertake a wide range of tasks to assist the overall Fleet operation
    An understanding of the importance of accurate record keeping and its impact of Fleet compliance
