    Talent Acquisition Partner - The Role:nAs our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be at the heart of our growth, leading our efforts to attract and hire top recruitment talent.

    This is a pivotal role where you will use your expertise to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, ensuring we build a team capable of meeting our ambitious goals.


    Talent Acquisition Partner - Key Responsibilities:nLead the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing new recruitersnAttract and source candidates for both Entry-level and Experienced positionsnDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing strategiesnWork closely with management to understand hiring needs and develop role profiles that align with our business objectivesnEnhance our employer brand, ensuring we attract the best talent by showcasing our culture and valuesnImplement innovative recruiting practices to improve our hiring processes and candidate experiencenMaintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on recruitment metricsnTalent Acquisition Partner - About You:nPrevious experience hiring internally for a recruitment agency or operating in a Rec2Rec rolenStrong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practicesnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levelsnAbility to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneouslynA strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth through effective talent acquisitionnA commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplacenWhy Join Us?nCompetitive salary and benefits package, dependent on your experiencenRegular nights out and social activitiesnMichelin star lunch clubsnHoliday incentive tripsnOpportunity to play a key role in the growth of a leading specialist IT recruitment agencynDynamic and supportive team environmentnCommitment to your professional development and career growthnIf you're a motivated recruiter with a passion for technology and a drive to excel, we'd love to hear from you.
