    IT Service Desk Analyst

    Location: Birmingham

    Hours of Work: Full-Time - Monday to Sunday shift patterns on a rotational basis

    At Pinsent Masons, a leading Global Law firm, we are currently seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our dedicated customer service and technical team at our Birmingham office. As part of our IT Service Desk, you will be the main point of contact for all technical IT queries through our phone system and web portal within the ITSM system, supporting our global operations.

    Candidate Overview:

    We are seeking individuals who possess the following skills and experience:

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a service desk or similar role
    • Enthusiastic and service-oriented
    • Clear and professional telephone communication skills
    • Strong advocacy for self-service platforms
    • Patient, with the ability to handle pressure calmly
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
