A Prep School in Irlam, Salford are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team
ASAP.
You will be required to work between the hours of 3:15pm - 7:15pm to support with the lock up of the school.
Previous School Caretaking experience is not essential but ideally you will have worked as a site manager or similar previously.
Role Overview:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the school premises
Your duties will include:
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the school buildings and grounds.
Conducting routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
Ensuring the safety and security of the premises, including locking buildings as required.
Responding promptly to any emergencies or health and safety concerns
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Previous experience in a caretaker or facilities management role
Strong practical skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
A flexible and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
A commitment to upholding the values and ethos of our school community
