    Community Manager

    Membership Body

    Homebased

    Basic Salary £34,000 with 25 days Holiday, 10% pension contribution and Health Shield Cash Plan package.

    Permanent, Full Time

    Our client is the membership body looking for a full-time Community Manager who will be at the centre of all our activity.

    The Community Manager's role includes the following:

    Growing the membership.

    Membership retention: ensuring maximum community engagement.

    Marketing activities to raise the profile of the IPG and our members.

    Attributes required

    You must:

    Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

    Be highly motivated with a can-do attitude.

    Understand successful marketing strategies.

    Skills

    Accuracy is essential.

    Be supremely organised and able to work on your own initiative and under pressure.

    Possess excellent collaborative and communication skills.

    Experience

    We are looking for someone with membership association experience and marketing experience.
