    Description

    Welcome to an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company as a Sales Support Specialist located in Milton Keynes.

    To be considered for this position, it is essential to have a background in the Book or Publishing industry - if you lack this experience, your application will not be considered.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Management of the daily inbox
    • Completing Meta Data Price checks and resolving Print File errors
    • Addressing basic availability or infringement claims and escalating complex issues
    • Handling invoice and payment queries
    • Publishing best seller listings and title status reports
    • Assisting in preparing reports for Sales Manager
    • Supporting with deal proposals
    • Providing regular customer, product information, competitor, and market feedback
    • Participating in trade events

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, bookselling, or publishing industry
    • Preferably 1 year of client management experience
    • Ideally educated to degree level, but not mandatory
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Financial acumen for sales opportunities and business analysis

    This role may involve occasional international travel.
