    Role Overview:


    As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Salesforce platform team and contributing to the success of their vision.

    You'll be responsible for managing user access, performing administrative tasks, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize our Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot platforms.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of professionals and help drive positive change in the facilities services industry.

    The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a desire to learn and progress within the Salesforce eco-system, as the client prioritise Salesforce training and development.

    This role will be predominately remote - with occasional travel to either their London or Ipswich office.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day support for user access and accessibility requests on Salesforce platforms.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as user setup, permission assignments, and license management.
    • Build reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the business to manage license requests and assignments.
    • Update and prioritize user access and accessibility tickets in our system.
    • Work closely with the senior Administrator, who will delegate tasks and provide mentorship and training.
    • Escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
    • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and team meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.

    Requirements:

    • Salesforce Administration Certification (Sales Cloud & Platform App Builder desired).
    • Experience working with Pardot highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce user management principles. 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
    • Proven track record of teamwork and collaboration, fantastic at building rapport.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to prioritise and manage tickets to meet defined SLAs.
    • Energetic approach to work and a desire to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
