    Description

    We are looking for a Junior Pensions Consultant - Associate level to join a top Professional Services company operating fully remotely. The role comes with a salary of up to £40,000 plus a bonus.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Offer professional support to Consultants by preparing draft communications, advice, and papers following CEB guidelines.
    • Assist in creating new client agreements and scopes of work to CEB standards.
    • Monitor time recording ensuring adherence to protocols.
    • Manage team invoicing.
    • Update workflow processes.
    • Build relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
    • Liaise with other practice areas and external suppliers as needed.
    • Develop and enhance pensions and benefits knowledge.
    • Contribute to Consulting capability and collateral development.
    • Ensure timely, quality, and budget-oriented work delivery.
    • Handle any complaints with a positive attitude promptly.
    • Act according to statutory/professional/CEB guidelines.
    • Achieve client chargeable billable hours target.
    • Contribute to budget setting and project cost monitoring.
    • Carry out research, development, and special projects within agreed timelines.
    • Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
    • Participate actively in the Company's performance management.

    Experience, Qualifications, and Key Skills:

    • Essential:
    • Honours degree (2.1 or higher).
    • Excellent IT and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work flexibly and handle pressure.
    • Effective communication and proactive approach.
    • Commercial awareness and positive teamwork.
    • Desirable:
    • Good presentation skills (or willingness to learn).
    • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).
    • Part-qualified PMI.
    • Experience and knowledge in project management.
