- GCSE IN English & maths or equivalent
- Evidence of recent further development / training to NVQ 3 level

Job summary
o To provide efficient & effective administration support to the CMHT for OlderPeople, Home Intervention Team, Single Point of Access & Older People'sLiaison To undertake the administration of all referrals received into the Reports to the CMHT Team Manager who will provide ongoing support &guidance.
Main duties of the job
o To deal with difficult telephone queries & give advice wherever possible, in a diplomatic & sensitive way, following these through with the appropriate member of staff, in a responsible & professional manner. To take messages & redirect calls as To communicate with staff in maintaining timely procedures for data entry & answer queries relating to the information held on Trust electronic systemso Prioritise own workload to meet various timescales involvedo To carry out genarl clerical duties including information gathering, dealing with internal & external post, filing, scanning, faxing & photocopying documentso Set up & maintain administrative systems, . filing system, monitoring system , to support the service & to continuously review administrative processes within the teams & contribute to the ongoing development of the Older People's Service with the Team Managers/ Service Data input onto PARIS, including uploading documents, & produce reports as requestedo Provide accurate & efficient admin support including appropriate correspondence on behalf of the serviceo Update rotas for managers & other staff. Act as first point of contact for queries on rotas/ work schedules as appropriate

Job descriptionJob responsibilities

Arrange meetings on behalf of the service as requested To work with & support the Team Managers & teams in their day to day work
