    In this role, you will provide crucial support to the Accounting & Finance department of a public sector and government organisation.

    The successful candidate will have a focus on accounts receivable and will be based in Leeds.
    Client DetailsOur client is a respected public sector and government organisation with a substantial presence in Leeds.

    DescriptionHandling all aspects of accounts receivableManaging client invoices and ensuring timely paymentResolving any billing queries and discrepanciesRegularly reviewing customer credit limitsPreparing monthly reports and forecastsMaintaining up-to-date records of all transactionsCollaborating closely with other team members and departmentsAdhering to all internal policies and regulationsProfileA successful Temporary Sales Ledger Clerk should have:An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldGood experience in a transactional finance position Excellent numerical skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in relevant accounting softwareA proactive approach to problem-solvingA good understanding of accounts receivable processesJob OfferAn hourly salary of £12 per hour37.5 hour working week Starting ASAP6 month assignment with chance to extend Supportive and inclusive company cultureOpportunities for professional development and progressionFlexible work arrangementsWe encourage all candidates who meet the above criteria to apply.
