    Overview

    Based in our Tamworth office, we are seeking a qualified litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive, with motor claims litigation experience.

    We would also be keen to hear from non-qualified candidates who have the equivalent experience.

    How you'll make an impact Maintenance of an on-going claims portfolio to exemplary standards; Acting as technical and procedural referral for claims handlers; Technical referral point for litigation queries from handlers; Monitoring and controlling litigated department portfolio when cases are listed for trial, working with handlers to ensure positive results; Reviewing and approving litigation documents for technical handlers; Providing litigation training for progression handlers and technical handlers; Supporting with auditing as required.

    About you Be a qualified solicitor / or equivalent; At least 5 years claims handling in an insurance / claims management environment; Motor uninsured loss recovery handling in a legal / insurance / claims management environment; Demonstrable self-motivation and initiative; Ability to work independently as appropriate but within a defined structure and to work effectively with Peers and Managers; Able to display clear communication skills; The willingness to accommodate unexpected situations with flexibility in working extra hours, ect.
