- Triage and prioritize identified application vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate and lead remediation efforts to mitigate our cyber risk exposure.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders in International IT teams and Enterprise Security.
- Monitor application security tool coverage and key performance metrics against defined standards.
- Engage with Enterprise Security and development teams to deploy application scanning technologies effectively.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Security to proactively address existing and emerging application vulnerabilities.
- Ensure proper deployment and operation of all application vulnerability scanning solutions across the IT organization.
- Manage exceptions to application security policies in line with Enterprise security protocols.
- Evaluate data from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, and extrapolate insights to comprehend cyber risks accurately.
- Assist the BISO in providing metrics and expert insights for Divisional IT Risk Reporting and Dashboards.
- Timely escalate significant cyber risks and issues to the BISO and IT Leadership.
- 5-10 years of experience in a technical cyber role (e.g. application security analyst, threat, and vulnerability analyst, application security engineer, penetration tester).
- Experience in a developer role with scripting language proficiency and Azure DevOps stack familiarity.
- Expertise in application security testing practices and tools, including driving remediation activities.
- Familiarity with OWASP framework and secure coding practices, with a history of promoting them in development teams.
- Thorough understanding and explanation of risks linked to application security vulnerabilities.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, planning, and execution abilities.
- A genuine commitment to nurturing a cybersecurity culture and staying abreast of the latest cyber threat trends.

TMHCC International has recently completed an exciting IT transformation and is actively seeking to recruit and develop a diverse pool of qualified, skilled, and experienced professionals.
Reporting to the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for TMHCC International, the Application Security Lead plays a crucial role within a newly established BISO function in the CIO organization of the International division at TMHCC.
Join our IT team if you are deeply passionate about Application Security and Application Vulnerability Management.
Under the guidance of the BISO, you will collaborate closely with TMHCC International IT teams and Enterprise Security to build an application security capability for TMHCC International.
This function will oversee the application security posture, ensuring that security controls and technologies are implemented across the application landscape.
Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science or related fields.
