    The Role

    Korn Ferry is searching for a D&I Recruitment Lead to support on two of our global client accounts.

    As a member of Korn Ferry, the Lead will design a diversity and inclusion recruitment strategy for our clients.

    The recruitment strategy focuses on the full end-to-end recruitment process based on the client's D&I TA strategy.

    This role focuses on high touch project team relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities.

    The lead is the subject matter expert around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruitment best practices.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Collaborate with client regional/global HR and D&I stakeholders to develop a diversity recruitment strategy based on the client's D&I TA strategy
    • Work with the client's internal stakeholders (ERGs, diversity councils, etc.) on D&I activities to increase recruitment attraction
    • Train project team on relevant best practices, tools, and technology to leverage to drive diversity hiring.
    • Remain update to date on industry trends and market intel and analytics as it relates to diversity and inclusion, and consistently cascade findings out to project team and client stakeholders.
    • Partner with the D&I CoE on industry best practices and trends to provide strategic direction to the client
    • Provide recommendations to client on internal D&I TA best practices needed to support driving diverse hiring
    • Work with Reporting Analyst to monitor and track recruitment diversity data and gaps to present results on monthly and quarterly basis to identify trends, progress and further areas of opportunity.
    • Provide resources and ongoing training to recruiters and sourcers on best practices for building pipeline/talent pools

    Skills & Experience

    • D&I experience gained within Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
    • Experience in project coordination/management
    • A passion for diversity, equity and inclusion and implementing best practices.
    • Proven experience with developing successful and innovative recruitment strategies specifically engaging diverse talent.
    • Experience researching D&I-related webinars and events, researching and compiling data, and providing market intel.
    • Experience facilitating trainings/development around D&I best practices
    • Experience providing strategic advisement to clients around D&I topics
    • Fluent in PowerPoint, Adobe acrobat, and Excel
