    Description
    We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Surveyor to join our flagship development in Barking.

    We're delivering over 1200 units across 12 blocks ranging from 7-28 storeys, with our phases 1 & 2 underway, you will have the opportunity to lead our future phases and work closely with the wider team.

    You'll be joining our London & East Anglia Division, which covers a wide geographical patch in addition to the above project the following schemes are live:
    Brentwood – 60 new build apartments
    Bury St Edmunds – 172 new build apartments
    Stanway – 1000 Units – mixture of houses and apartments
    Advise on specification and technical relating to commercial matters
    Attend Pre-development, Pre-start, Post contract, Design and Project Team meetings as required.
    Prepare and chair meetings including but not limited to Subcontract and Project Coordination meetings
    Ensure procurement of subcontractors and materials to programme and budget
    Ensure subcontractors are approved in accordance with procedures
    Monitor production of information and advises on financial feasibility of design
    Familiar with contract documentation to ensure a working knowledge
    Management and development of trainee and assistant members of the commercial team
    Highly competitive Annual Salary
