    This project management role will be responsible for ensuring all Facilities related projects are delivered on time, on budget, and ensure the right stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.

    Projects will be delivered within our clients pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and may include new building fabrics renovation, space/moves management, mechanical or electrical systems installation, replacement or remedial repairs.

    Determine and define project scope and objectives
    Track project costs in order to meet budget
    Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
    Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
    Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

    Project Management qualification/certification preferred
    Mechanical & Electrical experience and understanding of all statutory rules and regulations
    Ability to read and understand P&ID's/electrical drawings
    Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
    Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
    Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
