    Description

    A leading Demolition Specialist is currently seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join their team as a Project Manager, responsible for managing complex demolition, cut and carve, and strip-out projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing and overseeing all aspects of demolition projects from planning to completion.
    • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
    • Developing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Conducting site visits, inspections, and quality checks to maintain project quality and efficiency.
    • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Mentoring and supporting junior team members to facilitate their professional growth and development.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in project management within demolition industry
    • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of demolition processes, regulations, and best practices.
    • Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management
