    Responsable Qualité – Lean Project Management H/F

Boccard est un acteur majeur dans la conception et la réalisation d'installations industrielles performantes et innovantes auprès de ses clients issus des marchés industriels de l'Oil & Gas, de l'Energie, du Nucléaire et de la Sidérurgie, ainsi que pour les marchés de l'industrie du process comme la Brasserie, l'Alimentation, les Boissons, la Cosmétique et la Pharma-biotech.
    Rattaché(e) à notre site de Villeurbanne , nous recrutons un(e) :
    Responsable Qualité – Lean Project Management H/F
    Rattaché(e) au Responsable Excellence Opérationnelle, vous serez amené(e) à piloter l'animation qualité transversale BU Marchés/ Régions (locales et internationales) en déployant des Méthodes de Lean Project Management.
    Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez la charge de piloter en transverse l'application de notre système qualité de gestion de projets . Vous déploierez des méthodes de Lean Project Management pour faire participer en bottom up nos équipes de gestion de projets. Enfin vous vous déplacerez sur l'ensemble de nos BU, en France et Benelux dans un premier temps, mais aussi à l'international (Pologne, UK,USA...). Afin d'assurer l'efficacité de votre mission, vous passerez un temps équivalent sur le terrain au contact des opérationnels et au sein de notre siège à Villeurbanne.
    Accompagner le management opérationnel des Business Unitsà l'utilisation optimale de nos processus internes et à la définition des spécificités marchés/régions:
    Définir avec eux les workflows et outils adaptés à leur marché ou région tout en restant conforme au CORE Model,
    Optimiser les workflows à travers un travail participatif avec les équipes suivant la méthodologie du Lean Project management,
    S'assurer de l'efficacité des méthodes déployées lors de la mise en œuvre,
    Aider au suivi du plan d'action d'amélioration des BU,
    Partager les bonnes pratiques à l'ensemble des BU,
    Piloter les indicateurs en lien avec les REX terrain afin d'améliorer la performance de l'entreprise et la satisfaction client.
    Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure Bac +5 en Ecole d'Ingénieur ou de Management, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en gestion de projets enmilieu industriel . Idéalement, vous bénéficiez d'une expertise en Lean Project Management d'au moins 5 ans .
    La maitrise de l' anglais courant est nécessaire pour occuper cette fonction.
    Vous faîtes preuve d'une grande capacité d'adaptation et êtes en mesure de vous faire comprendre par des corps de métiers variés. Votre aisance relationnelle vous permet de vous positionner en tant que facilitateur du dialogue et du changement.
