    Jones & Sons - the restaurant behind the hit film Boiling Point - is a multi-platform hospitality company that has been operating for nearly 11 years and comprises of:
    180 cover restaurant with courtyard and private dining room in Hackneyn160 seat restaurant with a function room and private dining room in South Woodford (opening May 2024)nHotbox catering division serving food to TV, Film, Fashion & Photography Studiosn8,000 sq ft Wedding & Event spacen3 Mobile Catering trucks that serve the TV & Film IndustrynA cafe in a prominent East London Film Studios

    We are now hiring an experienced, talented, and dedicated

    Restaurant Manager

    to join the team at our brand-new restaurant

    Jones & Sons South Woodford

    . You will be working ~46 hrs/week, Wednesday-Sunday.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Organising staff rotasn
    • Opening/closing the restaurantn
    • Staff trainingn
    • Inhouse event planning and managementn
    • Liasing with the kitchen team to ensure smooth running during operational hoursn
    • Planning menus with the head chefn
    • Leading by examplen
    • Working with the food and drink suppliersn
    • Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary regulationsn
    • Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and propertyn
    • Working closely with the owner to meet revenue objectives
