    Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
    Harnham and Rockborne are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our HR day-to-day operations


    Contract administration:
    Ensuring contracts and addendums are up to date with local legislation.
    # People performance management:
    Handling absence, performance, and conduct issues in line with local labor laws.
    # HR data management:
    Communicating employee data changes and absences for payroll purposes.
    # Global mobility:
    Managing staff movements in terms of visas and contracts.
    # HR policies:
    Creating and managing local HR policies in line with global company standards.
    # Performing audits to ensure compliance with local practices and legislation.
    # Overseeing and delivering monthly HR induction sessions.
    # HR projects:
    Actively engaging in global HR projects.

    Solid HR background with advisory experience
    Flexible, resourceful, and adaptable
    Ability to influence senior management and gain credibility
