Our client, a leading FMCG organisation, is seeking a talented and dynamic Brand Manager to join their team.     The main office is based in Peterborough, however there is lots of flexibility around where you work - with employees working remotely across the UK There will be some days in the office to meet your colleagues, which will be in Peterborough or London.

    Company Description:

From a dollop of icing on your fairy cakes, lighter-than-air golden sponges, and the fluffiest buttercream to top your celebration showstopper - this is your perfect baking partnership. They are dedicated to providing high-quality baking products that bring smiles to the faces of their customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
    • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends
    • Create engaging and creative marketing campaigns to promote our client's baking products
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and production to ensure brand consistency
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and retailers
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats

    Desired Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry
    • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in market research and data analysis
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Strong project management skills
