    Job Description:

    The Junior Marketing Assistant will be an integral part of our team, assisting in the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that engage directly with our customers. This role is ideal for those who thrive in interactive environments and are keen to develop hands-on marketing skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the planning and execution of direct marketing campaigns alongside our experienced team.
    • Engage with customers face-to-face to promote brand awareness and sales.
    • Assist in organizing promotional events, residential campaigns and product exhibitions.
    • Collaborate with team members to produce marketing materials.
    • Analyse customer feedback and campaign performance to enhance future strategies.
    • Maintain and build relationships with clients and partners to ensure effective promotional collaboration.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience in marketing, sales, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively.
    • Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
