- Plan and coordinate all aspects of still photography and video shoots, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, including photographers, videographers, stylists, and art directors, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage resources for each project.
- Manage shoot schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project timelines and financial targets.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, studios, and freelancers for equipment, locations, props, and talent.
- Supervise on-set activities to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise during shoots.
- Monitor post-production processes to ensure final deliverables meet creative standards and deadlines.
- Maintain production documentation, such as call sheets, production schedules, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of contacts with creative teams working within the fashion industry, including agencies representing them.
- Overseeing all suppliers to ensure execution of requirements as well as tracking of expenses, invoices and legal documents where relevant.
- Order and track deliveries and returns of product to and from shoots.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the retail industry, with a focus on stills and video shoots across campaigns and content production of varying sizes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, including pre-production planning, shoot logistics, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and negotiation with vendors and suppliers.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset, with a passion for fashion and visual storytelling.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Experience in the sports retail industry and management of sports talent is a plus.
