Location: Stevenage
Starting Salary: £25,545 with the opportunity to progress to £28,770 pa (pro rata for part-time)

Job Duties:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Safeguarding Children Partnership, working with partner agencies within Hertfordshire. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised person, who can ensure consistent high levels of administrative support. You will join a friendly, dedicated, and inclusive support team.
We are actively recruiting for a Training Coordinator to provide support to our extensive multi-agency training programme.
The postholder will be responsible for running our Learning Management System (LMS), for which training will be provided.
The postholder will also be responsible for running reports from our LMS to provide data to senior managers.
Additionally, the postholder will support the HSCP Learning & Development Subgroup, sending out agendas, taking minutes, monitoring actions, and updating trackers.
You will be the first point of contact for delegates signing up to training and will attend every training session to support the facilitators and the delegates with taking the register, IT support, sharing presentations, etc. Please note: the majority of our training is held via MS Teams. However, occasionally we do hold face-to-face training which you will have to attend and therefore, a full driving licence is required to attend training/conferences.
You will be integral in organising our Annual Conferences, including booking venues, refreshments, and supporting managers in securing facilitators and workshop leads.
Your previous experience working in a small, collaborative team is essential in this role as together the team will work towards achieving goals and objectives.
You will be managing an active and busy inbox as well as arranging various meetings, working closely with colleagues and external partners.
You will provide strong administrative support including minute-taking experience. With a strong attention to detail, you will have produced minutes for a variety of meetings.
Training on our Learning Management System will be provided.
The successful applicant will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook.
