  • This role is categorised as a _
    _roam__ role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we'll support you working from a variety of locations.

The Role:

We're looking for an Employability Tutor on a permanent basis to join our award-winning Employability team.

In this role you'll develop, deliver and assess high-quality learning programmes, in line with awarding body requirements. You'll also ensure compliance and quality standards are met and you'll be confident with administrative tasks.


We hold the Matrix standard and you'll be working alongside a team of dedicated and talented colleagues who strive to provide an excellent customer experience and positive outcome for each learner.


The Person:


We're looking for someone who holds a Certificate of Education or a PGCE, along with experience of utilising multiple and diverse teaching and learning strategies to meet the needs of learners.


You'll have a background and a passion of working with customers to support them into their chosen progression route following training.
