Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting Senior Care Assistants

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant in our Complex Care Division. As a Senior Carer your role would involve working night shifts in our children's division, throughout Kent.

You will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients. Plus, benefit from a permanent contract with the option of overtime.

When you join us, you'll receive:

Competitive rates of pay – £15.97 – £19.17 per hour
£31.94 per hour for bank holiday work.
Paid mileage of 45p per mile over 20 miles from your home.
Permanent contract.

We will provide paid classroom-based training when you join us, paid induction shifts, and ongoing supervision from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors. Senior care assistants also receive paid additional training to meet client-specific needs.

We support Senior Care Assistants who want to grow their skills and progress within the company. If you are eager to build a rapport with one or a small number of clients and are keen to broaden your skills, we hope to hear from you

Senior Care Assistant Requirements:

Previous 1 year of Complex Care experience.
Commitment to a full-time contract.
