    Description

    Gleeson are excited to be partnering with a consultancy business in Birmingham to find a Marketing & Event Executive to join their team.

    You will assist the company's marketing function by creating and executing internal and external communications as per their content strategy.

    You will take a key role in managing the company's event schedule, using your top-notch copywriting skills to create engaging stories for their various audiences.

    If you have experience in communications and events and can work well in a marketing team, our client would love to have a chat with you.

    What will your responsibilities include?

    • External marketing - Develop high-quality content for external audiences, such as white papers and case studies, to engage and attract potential customers.
    • Internal communications - Manage internal communications to keep staff and stakeholders informed and involved.
    • Events - Organize and strategize company events, represent the business at various events to promote it.
    • Lead generation - Work with sales teams to create effective lead generation strategies.
    • Social media - Implement and analyze social media content to reach target audiences effectively.
    • Campaign management - Coordinate marketing campaigns across different platforms for maximum impact.
    • Brand - Help develop and maintain the company's brand identity.
    • External relationships - Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers.

    What qualifications does our client require?

    • Experience in marketing to public sector, NHS, or healthcare.
    • Proven track record in creating engaging content.
    • Aptitude for driving engagement through various marketing channels.
    • Excellent copywriting skills adaptable to different audiences.
    • Proficiency in lead generation via social media platforms.
    • Knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing strategies.

    Our client offers a starting salary up to £35k, located in South Birmingham, requiring office presence 2-3 days per week.
