    Vivienne Westwood is looking for a RETAIL BRIDAL MANAGER to join the DAVIES STREET STORE on a FULL-TIME basis. This role will maximise sales and provide excellent customer service while adhering to all company standards, policies, and procedures with particular emphasis on Bridal. The right candidate will represent the Vivienne Westwood Brand to the highest standards in all daily activities and work closely & efficiently with the Bridal / Couture Department. They will take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager including opening & closing the store and provide daily & weekly reports.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent levels of customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity.
  • Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators.
  • Identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions with emphasis on Bridal & Couture.
  • Respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits, and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise, with an emphasis but not confined to Bridal & Couture.
  • Provide enhanced till accountability (e.g., process refunds, price overrides) and be reliable in cash handling responsibilities.
  • Assist less experienced colleagues in responding to customer inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the Bridal business within the store.
  • Deputise for the Manager as and when required and act as a store key holder.
  • Follow Company procedures and processes to maintain security of stock, customer records, and cash handling.
  • Manage stock deliveries and dispatches to ensure accurate stockholding within the store.
  • Enhance standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping.
  • Ensure all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records and following company procedures.
  • Capture customer data to expand the VW UK database and encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and successfully, investigating problems and making appropriate recommendations to store management.
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings and training events as required.
  • Maintain good communication and professionalism at all times.
  • Adhere to company policy regarding dress code and conduct outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Communicate potential health & safety issues to the store manager and comply with Company safety and security procedures.
  • Complete any other tasks outlined by the Store Manager/Bridal Dept.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Strong sales and target-driven mindset.
  • Knowledgeable about Bridal & Couture products and able to convey this knowledge effectively.
  • Proficient in till operations, including processing refunds, price overrides, and cash handling.
  • Ability to mentor and assist less experienced colleagues.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills for managing stock and completing customer orders efficiently.
  • Proficient in capturing and managing customer data for marketing purposes.
  • Skilled in resolving customer complaints and maintaining professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in training events and meetings.
  • Adherence to company policies, including dress code and safety procedures.
  • Flexibility to handle varied tasks and responsibilities as delegated by store management.
