- Lead the design, development, and implementation of process engineering solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Conduct detailed process evaluations, simulations, and analyses to optimize performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process engineering solutions seamlessly into project execution plans.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in process engineering within the industrial sector, with a focus on chemical processes.
- Strong proficiency in process simulation software and engineering design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices. COMAH preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
