Description

Key responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and produce accurate, timely RFPs (Requests for Proposal), RFIs (Requests for Information) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for institutional and wholesale prospects and existing clients according to internal brand/style guidelinesand compliance regulations.
  • To ensure completion of multiple proposals within tight timeframes.
  • To ensure the RFP database is kept uptodate and accurate, and quality continually improved
  • To support the wider RFP team with adhoc requests and projects

Essential requirements:

  • Extensive experience RFP writing experience within investment management
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholders management capability
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Strong product knowledge and genuine interest in investment management
  • Ability to work well in deadline driven environment, juggle multiple tasks and be a team player
