    Job Description

    Role Summary

    We are delighted to be working with a private equity firm that are in need of an experienced Finance Systems Analyst to support our finance team, ensuring the efficient operation of there financial systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide first-line support for the Fund Controlling team using Investran: system integrity, data manipulation, new modules, issue resolution, report generation, and process improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operations: users, data, processes, outputs, issues, and future needs.
    • Test and implement new functionalities.
    • Work with third-party software providers.
    • Support new system integration initiatives.
    • Assist with reporting via Query Manager, Report Manager, Crystal, and SSRS.
    • Maintain and optimize various finance applications (e.g., Investran, ERP (Unit 4), Concur, Portfolio Management software).
    • Handle data entry, account reconciliations, and other financial processes.
    • Create user documentation and training materials.

    Essential Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (or actively pursuing).
    • Knowledge of Private Equity/Investment Management.
    • Experience in application troubleshooting.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Understanding of accounting policies, standards, and data management principles.
    • Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, Tableau, PowerBI, and other DBMS/reporting tools.
