    HR Operations and Payroll

    Permanent Position - Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000

    Excellent Benefits - Hybrid Working Model (2 days WFH)

    Join a well-established global manufacturing organization with an office in Gloucester.

    As a vital member of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing the front-end HR payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees while complying with all legal regulations.

    You will collaborate with the Payroll Team in Finance to provide necessary employee reward details, closely working with the Reward Manager.

    PAYROLL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review all fixed changes to payroll input by Compensation & Benefit Coordinators, such as new starters, salary adjustments, departures, and benefit modifications.
    • Assist Compensation & Benefit Coordinators with daily inquiries and provide on-the-job coaching/training.

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    • Support the HR team with intricate queries related to compensation and benefits.
    • Collaborate with the HRBP team to conduct salary reviews.
    • Aid Managers in the annual bonus program, ensuring timely proposal submission while the campaign is active. Also, prepare profit share data for non-Manager level employees.

    RECORD KEEPING, DATA & REPORTING

    • Generate necessary reports on employee data to meet HR requirements.
    • Provide reports on crucial HR data metrics to monitor trends.

    Additionally, this role will oversee essential HR elements, including site security, Export Control, and Borders and Immigration compliance.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience with HR and payroll systems.
    • Demonstrated expertise in project management and time management.
    • Proficient in IT, including HRM systems and Microsoft Office Packages.
