    Tour and

    Museum Support Guide Main Responsibilities:

    Support of all Stadium Tours to the required standardAll tour supports delivered at the appropriate level to ensure visitors have their expectations exceeded of their visit.

    Taking of trophy photos in the Museum Centre to the required standard.
    Welcoming guests to the museum, highlighting restrooms and performing 'sweeps'.Promote Chelsea FC and all its facilities during the day.
    Ensure all opportunities are taken to up-sell merchandising and official photo opportunities within the Museum.
    Ensure all young visitors are accompanied by either a parent/guardian at all times.
    Report any faults of equipment within the Tour Route or Museum to management.
    Assist the Stadium Tours Supervisor with the running of all front of house elements of the Tour/Museum operation.


    Measures of Performance:
    All tours run within set time guidelines and department standards, receiving compliments and no complaints.
    All photos being taken to the required standard.
    All content delivered in the Tour or within the museum to be concise, informative and statistically accurate.
    Person SpecAble to work weekends and bank holidays.
    Previous experience of customer experienceForeign languages spoken would be advantageous.
    Good understanding of the history/current events surrounding Chelsea FCExcellent communication skillsExcellent customer service values and deliveryConfident public speakerUnderstanding of the leisure and tourism industryIT skilled (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook)Good understanding of basic Health and Safety
