    Job Summary
    We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and experienced HR Corporate Support Officer to join Viaduct Care. The role involves providing high-quality support across the organization as part of a dynamic and friendly Corporate team.

    The role includes providing HR support, delivering education and training, and handling various administrative tasks. Additionally, the position involves offering communications administrative services to Viaduct Care.

    Job Description
    Job Responsibilities
    Main Duties/Responsibilities
    Human Resources
    -Provide guidance on recruitment and selection best practices;
    -Support recruitment processes and pre-employment checks;
    -Lead corporate and local induction processes;
    -Ensure consistent HR service quality;
    -Offer HR advice and support on various issues;
    -Assist with workforce information reports;
    -Support organizational change initiatives;
    -Deliver HR projects;
    -Improve HR processes and procedures;
    -Coordinate training and development initiatives;
    -Support HR policy implementation;
    -Assist with Wellbeing and Engagement Plans.
    Corporate Team Support
    -Monitor inboxes and respond to inquiries;
    -Support corporate meetings;
    Communication and Engagement
    -Assist with press office operations;
    -Develop key documents and newsletters;
    -Maintain websites and intranet sites;
    -Manage communications email account;
    -Undertake social media communications;
    -Organize events and meetings;
    -Support engagement events.

    Qualifications
    Essential
    -Formal Education to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent;
    Experience
    Essential
    -Experience in providing advice and guidance, corporate/project support, education delivery, HR database usage, report production, and audience engagement;
    Knowledge
    Essential
    -Understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, communications, and engagement principles;
    Skills and Personal Qualities
    Essential
    -Sound judgment, communication skills, project management abilities, problem-solving skills, proficiency in Office applications, ability to meet deadlines, teamwork, and motivation.
