    The Role:
    Brannerson Exports is employing for a Sample Manager in the garment factory, they exclusively supply garments for Oh Polly and Bo and Tee. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team on all styles.

    Responsibilities:

    • Setting up accurate delivery schedules and follow ups with the factory on a daily basis.
    • Follow all development assigned, and raise any concerns during internal handover/UK handover meetings.
    • Input new styles/data into Air Table and ERP.
    • Input all fabrication information & patterns onto Trello and update sample status on Air table.
    • Fit samples daily and clarify issues with technicians/PD team before uploading fitting comments on Trello and updating the status on Air Table.
    • Order fabrics/trims for sampling.
    • Send panels to outsource to relevant suppliers.
    • Make the initial cost sheet for managers, – update the unit price into Air Table.
    • Check ETA status regularly.
    • Prepare trims & accessories for shoot samples according to deadlines.
    • Send the sample to UK per request.
    • Translate any UK fit comments to sample room.
    • Proceed with shoot samples once full grading spec has been approved.
    • Fit shoot samples with the tech team and check all of the measurements.


    Skills andRequirements:

    • Mandarin and English speaking
    • Must have apparel background/ experience

    Benefits:
