    Our client is currently going through their most successful period in their history and they attribute this growth to great product but better people.

    They are still evolving and still growing, at home and abroad, and are focused on building a brilliant team to accommodate this growth.nThis Merchandiser position will be autonomous, it will be hands on but it will be vital in driving strategy and evolving ways of working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial business.

    It should appeal as this is a great opportunity to get something on your CV that is going to be needed as retail continues to evolve.


    Key Merchandiser Responsibilities:

    nLead on Range Planning, supplier negotiation of cost prices, setting RRP's within the product offer to ensure there is a clear pricing architecturenPrepare the Buy of each style by reviewing historic data, best seller move on's, and newness coming through from the design teamnProduce merchandising performance tools and reporting to support the team with tradingnEnsures productive relationship between merchandising/buying functions and all other business areas to ensure the collective goals are achievednPropose and agree actions to recover risk and maximise opportunities with the Buyer at category and line level.nEnsures the department is maximising KPI opps and minimising KPI risks, through successful management of the WSSI.
