We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Staff Experience Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support as part of the Staff Experience Team across a range of organisational wide staff experience projects such as iMatter, STAR Awards and Long Service Awards.
The postholder will be involved in system and general administration duties, running reports and other system related tasks working to strict deadlines at all times.
IT and system skills are essential as the postholder will support other team members and managers with use of systems such as iMatter.
Attention to detail is an important element of the role. The postholder will be required to use Excel, Ms Teams and other systems pertinent to the work.This post is currently based at Summerfield House, Aberdeen.
Team members are currently working from home so the opportunity is available to participate in a hybrid working model of part office/part home working.
Depending on service needs, the postholder will be required to undertake duties at various sites across NHS Grampian and hence the ability to travel across sites is essential.
