- A MYSQL / MS SQL Server data expertise.
- ETL skills.
- Mainly Manual testing exposure.
- Comfortable being hands-on and overseeing a small team.
- Embedding quality and relevant test methods within the solutions development and delivery process.
- Making informed decisions on suitable testing approaches.
- Establishing positive rapport by collaborating closely with other teams and client departments.
- Guiding and supporting the solutions team and broader business, contributing to process enhancements and endorsing continuous progress.
