Description
We are looking to hire those that wish to teach.This opportunity is for an exciting, dynamic role, that covers a spectrum of activity within an aviation maintenance training environment.
If you have experience in aviation, we can train you to teach.Main Duties and Responsabilities:
In addition to the functions detailed below, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
- The theoretical and practical delivery of RTS training products, striving to ensure that RTS meets customer satisfaction key performance indicators (KPI) and targets.
- The ongoing update, maintenance and editing of RTS training material to include approved course notes, PowerPoint presentations and other data ensuring compliance with internal RTS process whilst doing so.
- Development and innovation of training products and material to ensure RTS remains at the forefront of training for the industry.
- The ongoing update, maintenance and editing of the RTS examination database.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years industry experience.
- A good working knowledge of MS Office
Conditions:
- Full time permanent position
- Salary in accordance with experience
- Location: kemble and fieldbased UK
Salary:
£47,000.00-£54,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
