Job summary
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic & motivated Registered Nurse to join our District Nursing Team within Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospital are looking to recruit a nurse who is committed to delivering high standards of care, be able to work as a team player & have the confidence to work independently without direct supervision.
Main duties of the job
You will be expected to provide nursing care to patients within residential homes & also support nursing homes. You must have effective communication & interpersonal skills & be prepared to work flexibly & collaboratively to meet the needs of the service & demonstrate a willingness to extend & develop your existing skills.
Due to the nature of the work it is essential that you have a full driving license and a car with business insurance.

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust (SWBT) is an integrated careorganisation with a budget of approximately £600 million and over 7,000 staff. Diversity and social care is at the core of what we do as the Trust provides Community and Acute Services to over half a million people in an urban centre that demands massive regeneration and has substantial premature mortality.
Our new acute hospital, the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH), opens in 2024 and will provide care to our local population from first class, purpose-built a result, the base of this role may change to MMUH from 2024 (or beyond).
