    Our team at Ortus Recruitment are dedicated to securing high-quality educators with long-term and full-time roles within Ofsted rated '*_*Good*_*' and '*_*Outstanding*_*' primary schools in their local area.

    We are currently looking for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to provide support in our client primary school in Hillingdon.
    Year 4 SEN Teaching Assistant** *Supporting children 1:1 with Autism** *Term-time only** *Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4pm)
    * *You will be expected to be a support 3 pupils in a Year 4 class that have varying degrees of Autism. You will need to support them with their academic, social and emotional development as well as incorporating effective strategies and interventions to manage behaviour and build up positive relationships.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive environment and make a real difference to the children's learning.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young people, a good understanding of the national curriculum and strong communication skills.

    *Assisting the teacher with implementing lesson plans and supporting the teacher in lesson planning

    • Communicating with parents regarding their child's progress in a timely manner
    • 85 - £95 daily rate (PAYE, NO UMBRELLA COMPANY FEES)
    • Opportunities for training and CPD courses to enhance skillset
    • Potential to secure permanent contract after 20 working weeks
    • Potential to be placed on teacher training programme

    • Continuous support/advice from specialist consultants
